Sipariş Süreci Nasıl İşler?
Sitemiz üzerinden verdiğiniz tüm siparişler, hafta içi saat 16:00’a kadar onaylandığında genellikle aynı gün kargoya teslim edilir. Hafta sonu verilen siparişler, ilk iş günü içerisinde kargoya verilmektedir.
- 📦 Sipariş Onayı: Ödeme işleminiz tamamlandıktan sonra siparişiniz sistemimiz tarafından onaylanır ve hazırlanma süreci başlar.
- 🚚 Kargo Süreci: Ürünler, stok durumuna göre ortalama 1-3 iş günü içerisinde kargoya verilir.
- 🔎 Takip Kolaylığı: Siparişiniz kargoya verildiğinde tarafınıza SMS ve e-posta yoluyla kargo takip numarası gönderilir.
Hedefimiz, satın aldığınız ürünü en kısa sürede ve güvenli şekilde size ulaştırmaktır.
İade Politikamız
pethemen.com’dan satın aldığınız ürünleri, mesafeli satış sözleşmesi kapsamında 14 gün içinde koşulsuz iade edebilirsiniz. İade işlemleri tamamen yasal çerçevede, müşteri memnuniyetini koruyacak şekilde yürütülmektedir.
- Ürün, orijinal ambalajı ve faturasıyla birlikte gönderilmelidir.
- Elektronik ürünlerde kutunun açılmamış olması gerekir (örneğin: kulaklık, akıllı saat, yazıcı vb.).
- İade talebiniz onaylandıktan sonra ücret iadeniz en geç 3 iş günü içerisinde hesabınıza yapılır.
- İade kargo süreci genellikle ücretsizdir (detaylar iade talebi sırasında belirtilir).
İade sürecinde her adımda sizi bilgilendiriyor, işlemleri şeffaf şekilde yürütüyoruz. Bu sayede pethemen.com üzerinden alışveriş yaparken daima güvenli bir deneyim yaşarsınız.
Değişim Süreci
